This disease, which is called COVID-19 disease due to the SARS COV2 virus, emerged as a result of mutation coronavirus in China 2019, and caused significant morbidity mortality all over world pandemic it created, has become world's most important health problem. clinic emerges wide spectrum from mild viral infection severe respiratory failure. thought be syndrome that involves multiple organs systems various ways, especially endothelial damage.With this case, we wanted emphasize virus not only isolated system should kept mind today's conditions among rare causes vasculitis.
